Do you deliver to store?

Yes, we do deliver to our Tanzania store, you need to place an order online, and then collect your order at our  store in Tanzania. Which Store offers Click and Collect? Our Click & Collect service is available only in our Tanzania Store for now How do i know my order is ready to collect? You will receive an email from us when your order has been:  • Despatched/Shipped  • Due for delivery  • Successfully delivered to store for collection Please wait until you receive an email from Royal Look saying your order is ready for collection before heading in to store. How do i know my order is ready to collect? To collect your order, you will need to show photo ID (such as a driver’s license) and your online order confirmation email. How long are order kept in store for collection? Your order must be collected within 14 days of delivery to your nominated store.  If after 14 days your order has not been collected, the store will endeavour to contact you, but if we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to cancel your order and no refund will be made.  If you need more time to collect your order, please contact the store directly to arrange this
